Boz Scaggs & Michael McDonald

By admin · March 13, 2009 · Filed in Music

I am pumped! Yesterday, I purchased tickets for Pam and I to see Boz Scaggs and Michael McDonald in concert at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi! I have loved Boz Scaggs’ music since I first heard “Lido Shuffle” and I’ve thought Michael McDonald was awesome since he was a member of The Doobie Brothers many moons ago. To have them together in the same concert is going to be a great show and I can’t wait. Unfortunately, the show isn’t until July, 2009 so I guess I’ll just have to wait until then.

But, the good news is that in the meantime, I can enjoy some live performances from both of these great artists right on YouTube. I’ve picked a couple of my favorites and I’m posting them below for you to enjoy as well. If you are going to the show, I’ll see you there! If not, I hope you enjoy the videos below as much as I do:

I think these two guys are definately as talented as you could ever be.you should take a isten to Paul Carrack

I agree and I have listened to Paul Carrack. I would also offer up Donald Fagan, Steve Winwood, Eric Capton, and Mark Knopfler as great talents, but Boz & Michael were the ones playing closest to me. :)
I’m getting excited that the concert is Friday and looking forward to it immensely!
